What Booking Looks Like

01. Fill Out the Contact Form

Start by filling out my wedding contact form with all the details you know so far. Tell me about the two of you, your wedding day, your date, and what you’re dreaming up. Once I receive it, I’ll be in touch with availability and next steps.

02. Choose Your Coverage

We’ll decide which wedding collection makes the most sense for your day based on your timeline, priorities, and how much of the story you want documented. If you’re unsure how many hours you need, don’t worry—I’m happy to help you figure that out.

03. Contract + Invoice

Once you’ve chosen your coverage, I’ll send over your contract and invoice. A 20% retainer is required to officially reserve your wedding date.

The remaining balance can be completely customized to fit what works best for you. You can pay monthly, quarterly, in larger installments, or create another payment schedule that makes sense for your budget. The only requirement is that your balance is paid in full one month before your wedding day.

Prefer to take care of everything at once? You can also pay in full and save $150.

04. You’re Officially Booked!

Once your contract is signed and your 20% retainer is paid, your date is officially yours!

From there, we get to move into the fun part—planning, your engagement session, building your photography timeline, and getting ready to document your wedding day.

for the covenant you're making, the life you're building, & the generations that come after you.

When the day is over, these photographs are what you’ll have to come back to. They’ll hold the little moments you may have missed, the people you love, and the way it all felt. Years from now, they’ll help tell the story of where your marriage began and the legacy that grew from it.
